OPEN LEVEL CLASSES
Compass Pilates classes are 45 minute full body workout sessions designed for ALL bodies. Using a combination of our custom-built reformer machines (made by PilatesEquip) and props you will improve tone, balance, flexibility and build strength and endurance. Paul from Pilates Equip has a passion for fine furniture making and an eye for detail which you will see in the impeccable finish of our equipment.

Each studio has 10 machines allowing service to be personalised and for members to feel supported in their fitness journey.

Whether you are brand new to Pilates, or a seasoned Pilates attendee, all classes will be tailored to suit every person in class. Our goal is to set you up for your individual success. We want you to move better, feel better, live better.

Our class styles use the points of the compass to guide you:

  • To the North we have our Nourish class....

  • To the South our Sculpt class...

  • To the East our Energise class... and last but not least

  • To the West is our Warrior class.

 
 
 

NOURISH

 

This class starts with a full body workout for 30 minutes and ends with 15 minutes of stretching on and off the reformer. Get ready for a heart-pumping workout followed by a little bit of lengthening and relaxation.

sculpt

 

An athletic style reformer class, Sculpt combines elements from both our Warrior and Energise classes for a total body workout. Themes and target areas will create challenge, balance and focus. This class will increase your core strength, muscle definition, mobility and flexibility. And it will leave you feeling energised - not exhausted.

 
 
 

energise

 

Our Energise class is a heart-pumping workout that combines the best of Reformer Pilates with high-intensity cardio bursts to elevate the heart rate and challenge endurance. With each session, you'll tone and strengthen your entire body while feeling energised and refreshed. Don't miss out on the ultimate full-body workout experience!

WARRIOR

 

In our Warrior class, you'll harness the power of traditional Pilates principles to boost balance, stability, and strength. This dynamic workout will keeps moving from start to finish, using adjustable spring options to challenge you at every level of your fitness journey.
