ROBYN LINKHORN

Founder

Robyn discovered Pilates in 2009 and was instantly hooked by the way it builds strength from the inside out. She founded Compass Pilates to create a space where people can move better, feel stronger, and be supported every step of the way.

With over 20 years of experience in adult education and a Cert IV in Pilates, Boxilates, and Training & Assessment, Robyn brings both heart and high standards to everything she teaches.

Brooklyn

BROOKLYN

Brooklyn has an athletic background that spans just about every sport — but dance and acrobatics have always been her true passion. She began teaching dance at just 15 and has since graduated from Lee Academy with an Advanced Diploma of Professional Dance.

Trained directly under Compass founder Robyn, Brooklyn brings precision, creativity, and strength to every session. As Head Trainer, she helps set the tone for the Compass experience — challenging, empowering, and always evolving.

In her classes, expect:

DANI

Dani discovered Pilates in 2020 after a skydiving mishap led her down the road to recovery. What started as rehab quickly became her go-to for building strength, balance, and mental clarity.

She believes fitness should feel good — and that movement and joy go hand in hand.

In Dani’s classes, expect:

  • A balanced mix of strength and stretch 💪🧘‍♀️

  • A few good laughs along the way 😄

  • Encouragement to move in a way that feels good for you

Outside the studio, Dani’s either studying, hiking, or catching up on naps — because balance matters.

 
 

GEORGIA

Georgia fell in love with Pilates after joining a class with her mum — and never looked back. After four years of consistent practice, she’s now sharing her passion for mindful, full-body movement with others.

She’s all about building strength, improving coordination, and leaving you feeling good from the inside out.

HAYLEY

Hayley is a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor currently studying Health and Physical Education. She was hooked from her very first Reformer class — amazed by how much it boosted her strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility all at once.

She brings that same passion to every session, with a focus on full-body training and athletic flow.

In Hayley’s classes, expect:

KAYLA

Kayla discovered her love for Pilates during lockdown in 2020 through online Mat classes — and never looked back. Her passion for helping others move led her to complete her Reformer training through the HIIT Pilates Reformer Academy at Compass.

Currently completing her Psychology Honours, Kayla brings a unique perspective to class, blending mental health awareness with the power of movement. She believes Pilates is more than physical — it’s therapeutic.

In her classes, expect:

KIRSTEN

Kirsten has been dancing since she was 4 and brings over a decade of teaching experience as a full-time dance instructor and former professional dancer, holding an Advanced Diploma of Professional Dance.

She fell in love with Pilates for how it made her feel — strong, centred, and energised. Now, she shares that passion through dynamic, athletic classes designed for every body.

Expect:

LYNDAL

With over 25 years of Pilates practice, Lyndal brings depth, precision, and passion to every class. She completed her Reformer training through the HIIT Pilates Reformer Academy at Compass, blending her love of movement with a strong foundation in strength and control.

Her classes reflect:

  • Choreographed flow with athletic edge 💥

  • A focus on form, grace, and progression 💫

  • A welcoming space for all levels 🤍

Outside the studio, Lyndal wears many hats — she’s a mum, a brand designer, and a Casual Academic at UTS.

 
 

SAM

Sam is all about feeling good through movement. She fell in love with Reformer Pilates the moment she stepped into her first class at Compass Long Jetty — and hasn’t looked back since. For her, it’s the burn, the energy, and the mind-body connection that make it magic.

Outside the studio, you’ll find her running, walking, latte-sipping, or hanging out with friends and family.

In Sam’s classes, expect:

SARAH

Sarah started dancing at age 3 and has performed across the globe — from corporate stages to Sydney’s top burlesque cabaret, where she was a resident performer and show manager for six years. With over 10 years of dance teaching experience and a Cert III in Fitness, Sarah blends performance precision with a passion for strength and movement.

She completed her Mat and Reformer Pilates training at Elixr and has been teaching in the fitness industry for 7+ years.

In Sarah’s classes, expect:

  • A strong, high-energy workout 💪

  • Pumping playlists 🎶

  • And plenty of laughs along the way 😄

She’s been part of the Compass crew since 2024 — and it feels like she’s always been here.

 
 

SASKIA

With over 15 years of classical ballet training and 8 years of teaching experience, Saskia brings a deep understanding of movement to every class. She holds a Certificate IV in Dance, 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, and Dynamic Pilates certification — and has taught across multiple studios since 2019.

Her mission? To make movement feel empowering, accessible, and just the right amount of challenging.

In Saskia’s classes, expect:

  • Thoughtful sequences and smart layering 🔁

  • Supersets that burn (in the best way) 🔥

SIDNEY

Sidney is a full-time dancer who discovered Reformer Pilates as a powerful way to build strength, improve performance, and stay injury-free. After a year and a half of consistent practice, she’s now stepped into the teaching space — and is loving every minute of it.

Her approach is:

SOUL

With a background in dance and a passion for movement, Soul discovered Pilates as the perfect blend of strength, flow, and mindfulness. She’s currently studying Exercise and Sport Science and brings a thoughtful, supportive approach to every class.

TAYA

Taya moved from Tasmania to the Central Coast in 2023 to train full-time at Lee Academy, where she’s completing her Advanced Diploma of Dance. She discovered Reformer Pilates to support her dance training — and quickly fell in love with the strength, focus, and mental clarity it brings.
