Designed for Every Body
Classes are 45 minutes and full-body.
All fitness levels welcome — we offer layers, not limits.
Our custom-built reformers (made by Pilates Equip) are crafted for both performance and comfort.
Studios are intimate (10–12 beds) so you’ll always feel seen and supported.
🧭 Our Class Styles
We’ve designed four unique Reformer Pilates class styles to guide your journey. Each one builds toward your strength, balance, mobility, and recovery — so you can train consistently without burning out.
🔥 Warrior (West)
Strength-focused class that harnesses the power of balance, stability, and strength.
Heavy springs. Dumbbells. Controlled reps.
Build real strength and muscle tone. Expect the burn.
⚡ Energise (East)
Cardio meets Pilates.
This class is designed to energise and inspire!
Fast transitions, light resistance, and non-stop movement will challenge your endurance and leave you feeling unstoppable.
🧩 Sculpt (South)
Balance, tone, and flow.
A mix of strength and stability work to challenge your body in all the right ways.
You'll boost your core strength, muscle definition, mobility, and flexibility, all while feeling invigorated!
🌿 Nourish (North)
Stretch, breathe, and reset. But first we work! A 30 minute workout finished off with 15 minutes of stretching (and our once a month full 45 minute Nourish! Designed for recovery, mobility, and mind-body connection. The perfect antidote to stress.
