All fitness levels welcome - we offer layers, not limits.
Our custom-built reformers (made by Pilates Equip) are crafted for both performance and comfort.
Studios are intimate (12 reformer beds) so you’ll always feel seen and supported.

🔥 Warrior (West)
Strong. Controlled. Athletic. → Strength and precision.
The Heart of Compass Pilates
Warrior is where we build true strength - mind, body, and grit. Every session combines dumbbells with strategic resistance work using heavy or light springs to train both strength and balance.
Expect intentional precise movement, form-focused coaching, and a deep muscle burn that earns its name.
⚡ Empower (East)
Dynamic. Driven. Focused. → Flow and endurance.
Empower is your endurance builder - a dynamic, flow-based workout that keeps your body moving from start to finish.
Expect continuous transitions and controlled tempo to develop strength, stamina, and mental focus.
You’ll sweat, shake, and feel the fire in all the right ways.
🧩 Strong (South)
Grounded. Focused. Powerful. → Function and power.
This is where traditional strength training meets Pilates intelligence..
Strong targets major movement patterns: push, pull, squat, hinge -with heavier resistance, progressive overload, and deliberate sets designed to build lean muscle and stability.
Every session includes flexion, extension, and mobility for a complete, balanced workout.
🌿 Nourish (North)
Grounded. Restorative. Balanced. → Recovery and reset.
Nourish is your recovery class - starting with a workout: 30 minutes of movement followed by 15 minutes of stretching and release.
Expect Compass signature strength, core control, and mobility work that leaves you feeling refreshed, not wrecked.
