TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Compass Pilates Pty Limited (ACN 635 807 288 ) is the owner and operator of this website. By booking into a class you automatically agree to the below Terms & Conditions.

Compass Pilates Pty Ltd (Compass Pilates, We or Us) offers its participants (the Participants, Members, Casuals or You) the opportunity to purchase various packaged deals (the Passes). By paying us or attending any of our Pilates sessions (the Classes), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the Terms). 

 
 
 

CLASS PACKS & MEMBERSHIPS

 

SPECIAL INTRO OFFER
The $50 Unlimited class Intro Offer is valid within 14 calendar days of first class booking and is only available to new participants. This offer can only be used once per customer.

COMPASS PILATES MEMBERSHIPS
The 2 class per week membership allows attendance at 2 classes on a weekly basis subject to payment. The minimum term for a 2 class per week pass is 12 weeks, after which point the membership automatically renews.

The 3 class per week membership allows attendance at 3 classes on a weekly basis subject to payment. The minimum term for a 3 class per week pass is 12 weeks, after which point the membership automatically renews.

Unlimited Memberships allow attendance at unlimited classes per week subject to payment. The minimum term for an unlimited membership is 12 weeks, after which point the membership automatically renews.

Special memberships, when available, with first week free are for a minimum term of 16 weeks. All other T&Cs apply as per the regular membership conditions.

Compass Pilates reserves the right to sell Annual Unlimited Memberships valid for 365 days from date of purchase.

Membership holds are available after first 3 months (unless injured and accompanied by a medical certificate). Holds are available in 7 day blocks only.

COMPASS PILATES CLASS PACKS
The 5, 10 and 20 class packs are valid within 1 year of purchase. Failure to redeem all credits will result in its forfeiture after 1 year. The Casual Single Pass is valid within 30 days of purchase.

All Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

BOOKINGS and waitlists

 

At Compass Pilates bookings are essential to ensure you get a spot as classes may book out. If a class you wish to attend is sold out make sure you add yourself to the waiting list. As clients cancel, you will be automatically added to the class in the order you signed up.

Booking is easy and can be done via our website or the Momence app which you can download in the Apple store or Google Play.  

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Participants must cancel or reschedule classes no less than 6 hours prior to the commencement of the class. We do understand that sometimes unforseeable circumstances can arise, but we have to be strict, consistent and fair with all clients. Therefore, NO exceptions will be made to this policy.

If you fail to attend a booked class you will forfeit that class. If you are on an Unlimited Membership, or Unlimited 2 week introductory pass, you will be charged a no show fee of $20. If you seek to cancel your booking within 6 hours of the commencement of that class, you forfeit that class, or if you are on an Unlimited Membership, or Unlimited 2 week introductory pass, you will be charged a cancellation/no show fee of $15.

If you are within the 6 hour window, as soon as you know you are no longer able to attend a class, please cancel your class on the app or website to allow somebody else from the waitlist or last minute drop-ins to take your place.

BOOKING FAQ’s

 

HOW DO I BOOK?
Booking is easy through our website. We recommend downloading the Momence App so you can book from wherever you are. Bookings can be made up to 14 days in advance. Drop-ins are subject to availability and we strongly recommend booking in advance so you don’t miss out.


HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN A CLASS?

There are 10 Reformer beds for each class at all our studios. This allows us to provide you with individual attention within a group fitness setting.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I TURN UP LATE TO A CLASS?

The first 5 minutes at the beginning of each class are a warm-up. You will not be able to join the class if you have not arrived within this time and your spot will be given away to any last minute walk-ins. Please note our studio doors may be locked when class begins.


HOW MANY CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO RUN A CLASS?

There needs to be a minimum of 2 people in each class for it to run. If there are less than 2 people booked in 2 hours prior to class, the class will be cancelled and you will be notified by text/email depending on your notification settings.


HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?
If your preferred class is booked out, you can go on the waitlist. If someone cancels out of the class you will be automatically added to the class in the order you signed up and receive an email notification. As this often happens please assume you will be added to the class and cancel off the waitlist or booking if you are unable to attend.
