ROBYN
Owner/operator Robyn Linkhorn first found Pilates in 2009. Robyn had never been a fan of a gym environment but wanted to be strong and have a toned physique. Pilates quickly became her go-to activity and it wasn’t long before the benefits of the Pilates Method were felt in both body and mind.
Robyn had the opportunity in 2017 to take her passion for pilates and become a qualified Instructor gaining a nationally accredited Certificate IV in Pilates. Since then Robyn has continued to attend workshops and conferences to enhance her knowledge on ways to make your body move better and feel better.

ROXY
Roxy came across Pilates for the first time after she had been diagnosed with chronic pain in 2013. After a year of intensive Pilates training her back was rehabilitated. Impressed with the rapid and successful recovery rate, she decided to expand her interest in Pilates and transitioned into teaching.
Roxy is passionate about helping people achieve their personal goals and develop body and mind awareness. She believes safe and effective movement is the key to a happy and healthy body.
Roxy loves to use music and creative class planning to keep her classes fun and interesting. Outside studio hours Roxy is a first time mum, devoted wife and works as a full time finance broker.

KYLIE
In 1990 Kylie Sutton attended her first Pilates class at The Australian Ballet School due to a back injury. The Pilates Method helped Kylie rehabilitate her back injury and go on to become a professional ballerina. After finishing her ballet career she became a full-time Pilates instructor in 1995.
For the next 20yrs Kylie taught in private Pilates studios for Osteopaths and Physiotherapists in Sydney and then opened her own studio in Coogee, The Aligned Body Pilates studio specialising in injuries.
Kylie has spent many years with ongoing training and working in studio Pilates, reformer classes, TRX, Swiss ball, mat and roller classes.
Kylie still has the same passion for this amazing method as she did over 20yrs ago. Kylie returned to the Central Coast to raise a family.
