I have found that a Pilates class with Robyn is a great way to start my weekend. Her classes are well-paced and she explains everything really well. Robyn works us hard but, the best thing is, you don’t even notice because she has a smile on her face and a joke or two to keep you motivated. Each class is unique so you never get bored. Robyn is an excellent teacher and I would recommend her classes to anyone who wants to enjoy getting healthy and strong!
